This public toilet block is being upgraded to align with Frankston City’s Public Toilet Action Plan 2023, which was informed by community feedback.

Disruption Expected:

• No access to half of the Plaza public toilets under construction as shown in above site plan.
• No access to site compound area in above site plan.
• The works will generate some noise and barricading off availability to approx. 2 two boat parking spaces.
• Access to the 3x ambulant toilets and accessible toilet with 2x hand basins will continue to be available for public use.

Alternative public toilets are available: 

• 270 metres north, at the Frankston Yacht Club behind Olivers Corner Cafe
• 300 metres south, next to Frankston Foreshore Regional Playground 

Public Safety Notice 

The building works including two boat parking spaces will be fenced off during construction.

For your safety:

• Do not enter fenced or restricted areas
• Keep clear of construction equipment, vehicles and materials
• Follow all signage and directions
• Children must be supervised at all times.
