This Saturday's 90-minute curated Sound Bath is all about connecting with the Root Chakra (Muladhara) - the foundation of our energy system.
The Root Chakra is associated with safety, stability, grounding and a sense of security. Located at the base o0f the spine, it can help us reconnect with a strong and steady foundation.
