Support, Connection & Fun for Frankston’s Youth Community
If you’re aged 12 to 24 and live, work, study, or have a strong connection to Frankston's community, we’re here for you. Our team provides a safe, non-judgmental space where you can get the support you need or just find a place to belong.
What We Offer
Our experienced youth workers can provide individualised support for you:
- Life Skills & Future Planning: Help with resumes, job/study applications, and Centrelink.
- Personal Support: Referrals for housing, health, and Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) services.
- Tech Access: Free Wi-Fi, PCs, scanning, and printing at Youth Central.
- Community: Volunteering opportunities and leadership programs.
- Events: Fun, supervised programs and excursion.
Good to know: Most of our programs are completely free, though some excursions or events may have a small fee.
Ready to join in?
To participate in our programs, you’ll just need to fill out our Program Registration and Indemnity Form, . (If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign this for you).
If you would like to speak to a youth worker, please call 03 9768 1366 and one of our team members will help you out. Frankston Youth Central is located in the heart of Frankston, directly next to Frankston Library.

Frankston Youth Action Plan 2022 - 2026
Council has recently adopted the Frankston Youth Action Plan 2022 - 2026. The purpose of the Frankston Youth Action Plan 2022-2026 is to act as the guiding strategy that steers the direction of how Council will collaborate with the community, youth service delivery partners and other key stakeholders, to work with, support, and provide opportunities to our young people.
