An enjoyable dance class tailored to mature women. Get moving with a range of steps to different dance styles and music. Learn a short dance sequence and warm down with a combination of release/conditioning/yoga exercises. An inclusive class with modifications so you can work at you r own ability level. Equipment is provided. 6.45pm-7.45pm. Cost $10 per session. Facilitator Annette has many years of expertise in the dance industry and in dance education.
