Council is currently engaging on proposed updates to the rules for Council Meetings, including question time, public submissions, motions and petitions.
We want to hear from the community about these proposed changes. You can share feedback about the proposed changes and suggest ideas until 11:59pm on 1 October 2026.

Next Council Meeting:
Monday, 5 October 7.00pm
This Council Meeting will be held at Frankston City Council Civic Centre 30 Davey Street Frankston and will be open to the public (access via Young Street entrance). The meeting will also be livestreamed to the public (View live streams of Council Meetings). If you wish to speak on an item on the agenda, please register here prior to 4.00pm on the day of the Council Meeting.
If you would like to speak to an officer regarding a report listed on the agenda, please contact the Customer Service number 1300 322 322 or email info@frankston.vic.gov.au. The name of the officer is listed at the top of the first page of the Council report under enquiries.
Live Streaming of Council Meetings
The live streaming of the next Council Meeting will be available via the link below, or via a link provided on Council's Facebook page on the night of the meeting.
Live Streaming allows you to watch and listen to the meeting in real time, giving you greater access to Council decision making and debate and improving openness and transparency.
Closed Caption (CC) options are available in the settings section of the streaming site.

Members of the public wishing to register to make a Submission to Council or lodge Questions with Notice may now do so via the online web forms.
