Road and carpark closures will be in place from Friday 28 Nov 6:00am – Sunday 30 Nov 12:00pm for the Festival. Fireworks will be launched at approximately 9:15pm from the Civic Centre carpark. Please ensure all pets are safely restrained inside your home during this time.
