You will need a permit to store a shipping container on any residential property within the Frankston municipality. Permits are valid for a maximum of 12 months and applicants must comply with relevant legislation and local laws at all times.
You must submit your application prior to placing your shipping container on the property.

When we have received your application, we will contact you to advise how to pay. If you have provided an email address, you will receive a link with details explaining how to pay the fee online.
Once we have received payment, you will receive your permit within 5 business days.

You can pay by cash, cheque, money order, EFTPOS or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) in person.
We will notify you of the outcome of your permit application within 5 business days.
