Annual Report

The current Annual Report provides an overview of Frankston City Council’s performance, achievements and financial position between 2025-2026.

It outlines our progress against the priorities and initiatives in the Council and Wellbeing Plan 2025–2029 and Annual Budget, including key actions and strategic indicators. It also includes audited financial statements and performance results, helping our community understand how Council is performing, delivering services and managing public funds.

This report marks the first year of our new four-year planning cycle and is the first to report on our Integrated Council and Wellbeing Plan, which brings together Council’s strategic direction with a focus on community health and wellbeing.
