Annual Report
The current Annual Report provides a snapshot of our performance, achievements, and financial position between 2024-2025.
The Annual Report tracks how we’ve delivered on the priorities and initiatives set out in the Council Plan and Budget, including progress on initiatives, actions, and strategic indicators. It also includes audited financial statements and performance results, ensuring transparency and accountability to our community.
Annual reports play a vital role in showing how public funds are used and how Council is performing against its strategic outcomes. Our next report (2025-2026) will mark the first year of the new four-year planning cycle (2025-2029) and is expected to be released in late 2026. This annual report will be the first report on our Integrated Council & Wellbeing Plan – be sure to come back for that!

Local Government Performance Rating Framework (LGPRF)
The Local Government Performance Reporting Framework (LGPRF) is a statewide system that ensures transparency and accountability by measuring and reporting on the performance of all Victorian councils across key service and financial indicators.
