Designed to help support, connect and promote local businesses within the Frankston City municipality, the directory is a trusted source for residents and other businesses to find local trades, retailers, services and home-based businesses.
It will also help strengthen our economy, keep dollars local and provide free advertising for our hard-working Frankston City businesses.
To list your business, you must have a Frankston City registered ABN or be physically located within Frankston City. All you need to do is create a MyCity account, add your business listing and then once assessed and approved, your business will appear on the page and we will do the promoting for you!

Frankston City Business Directory Competition
Details:
From 1 June 2026 to 19 June 2026, Frankston City Council is running a competition for businesses listed on the Frankston City Business Directory. If you are a Frankston City business and you are listed on our directory by 4pm, 19 June 2026, you will automatically go into the draw to win one of three vouchers to spend on another business of your choice from the directory. The winners will be drawn at random and notified by 23 June 2026, 5pm. Winners must then choose one business from the directory to spend the prize and inform Council by 26 June 2026. Vouchers cannot be split between multiple businesses.
- 1st Prize: $1000 voucher
- 2nd Prize: $500 voucher
- 3rd Prize: $500 voucher
Competition Privacy Information
Each business is eligible for one entry only and can receive a maximum of one (1) voucher. Frankston City Council will collate all competition entries (individual's/business details) and assign a number to them. Council staff will then use an online random number generator to choose three winners within a number range (number range will start at one (1) and finish at the last competition entry). Personal information will not be entered into the random number generator.
The winners will be drawn at random and notified by 5pm, 23 June 2026, via email or phone call. The voucher will be transferred to the winner as soon as practically possible.
All personal information gathered for the purpose of the competition will be only used for this Competition. Personal Information will not be used for any other purpose or project.
