Calling carers of people with disability, mental illness or someone who is ageing and needs additional support!

You are invited to join us at our free, monthly gathering of carers for a gentle stroll along the Frankston Foreshore boardwalk, followed by an opportunity to chat and connect over complimentary morning tea while learning about news, services, and supports available to carers.
