For many of us, work life and home life overlap, so why not embrace both? Peninsula Leisure is excited to invite the Frankston Business Collective community to blend business, wellbeing and family fun at PARC.

Bring your family members to enjoy Splash Island and water safety activities, or take the time for yourself with a Reformer Pilates workout followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of the PARC plant room to see our award-winning facility engine room.

After the activities, we’ll come together for networking and light refreshments, with a space for your little ones to enjoy themselves while you connect with other local professionals.

When: Tuesday 30 September, 3:00pm – 5:30pm
Where: Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC)
Cost: Free for FBC members and their families including Community Members.

What to expect?

3:00pm – Arrival and settle in
The friendly PARC and Peninsula Leisure Team will be ready to greet you and point you in the right direction. Time to check in, get changed and get ready for the fun to begin!

3:15pm – 4:15pm – Choose you own adventure at PARC
WET: For the little ones 6+years (and the young at heart): Splash Island Fun, 30 minutes of water play paradise, followed by Can Swim Session, 30 minutes of water safety activities
DRY: For the grown-ups: Reformer Pilates Session, 30-minute workout to stretch, strengthen and unwind, followed by Behind-the-Scenes PARC Tour, Discover how our incredible facility operates. Then swap so you get to experience both the Reformer, and the Tour!
DO YOUR OWN THING: Prefer to keep it low key? No worries. You're welcome to grab a coffee, explore the centre at your own pace, or have a splash on your own or squeeze in a gym session — enjoy it your way!
4:15pm – Get changed
After your session, freshen up and get changed, ready to relax.

4:30pm – 5:30pm – Networking & Nourishment
Join us upstairs in Studio 1 for some light bites for you and the kids, and great conversation.

5:30pm – Event concludes… or stay and play at PARC with your family!
The formalities may be over, but you’re welcome to stick around and enjoy PARC for a little longer.

Terms and Conditions for Splash Island and Can swim Family program

The minimum age for inflatable users is 6 years AND over, and a minimum height of 110cm.
Children aged between 6 – 10 years must be actively supervised while using the inflatable.
An ability test will be performed prior to your ride, should you fail this test, you will not be permitted to ride with no refunds.
Our inflatable requires a level of agility, strength and stamina, please consider if this is appropriate for you.
Please advise our Staff if you have any medical conditions that might affect your ride or consult your doctor before booking.
Our staff reserve the right to remove any participants from the inflatable during a session if they have a safety concern.
Lifejackets provided by PARC must be worn on the inflatable at all times.
Pool rules must be obeyed at all times.
Photos may be taken of any children you are responsible for only, at no time can photos be taken of staff or other patrons.
All children during the Can Swim water safety program must be accompanied by an adult

Terms and Conditions for Reformer

PARC Reformer Studio

The minimum age for Reformer Pilates is 16 years old.
Socks and a sweat towel are required for hygiene purposes.
All users must wipe down their Reformer bed and equipment after use using the wipes.

Terms and Conditions for Site tour

Please ensure you wear closed toe shoes, and proper clothing (no bathers or thongs)
Always listen to you guide regarding instructions and safety guidance
When provided, please wear a hard hat and high visibility vest during your tour
