Celebrate Frankston’s History by enjoying a walk through the grounds of Ballam Park Homestead.
Built in 1855 by the pioneering Liardet family, the Homestead is one of Frankston City's oldest buildings and a National Heritage-listed gem. The beautifully preserved French-style sandstone farmhouse is operated by the Frankston Historical Society, with costumed guides leading tours through colonial-era rooms, a blacksmith's shop and a museum of local artefacts.
Open on Sunday 23rd August from 12pm – 4pm, the Homestead welcomes visitors to its beautiful grounds to take in the history as well as the opportunity to enjoy a Devonshire tea.
Please note the Homestead is open each Sunday of the month 12pm – 4pm, except if there is a 5th Sunday and is closed.
