Frankston South Community and Recreation Centre
Frankston South Community and Recreation Centre offers a variety programs, services and activities for fun, fitness and friendship. The centre is also home to the Mornington Peninsula Family History Society and the Frankston South Youth Hangout and consists of a large indoor stadium and a number of multi-purpose rooms for hire.
Frankston South Community and Recreation Centre has many user groups and organisations operating throughout the week.

Meeting room information
The meeting room is a bright, carpeted room with a large window overlooking Delacombe park. Facilities include:
- a Smart TV
- heating
- cooling
- catering bench
Suitable for training sessions and meetings up to 25 people. Commercial rate $25 per hour Community rate $22 per hour. Room size approx. 35m2.



Frankie's Café is the centres own Cafe serving the community through the provision of delicious coffee and snacks as well as community training programs.
Café Creations
Café creations is a 6 week ACFE funded program delivered 3 days a week that provide learner with hands on learning experience within a well-established community café setting to assist learners to develop entry level techniques and skills in food preparation, basic cookery in a commercial kitchen, menu preparation, food handling, OH&S compliance, resume writing, interview skills. This program is supported by the Victorian State Government.
Catering with Frankie’s
Catering with Frankie’s is a 5 week ACFE funded provided delivered 2 days a week to provide learners with a disability (aged 18 to 35) with relevant food handling experience and a range skills in hospitalityincluding able to plan for a catering event.. Learner will be able to gain skills to carry plates, glasses, trays safely to tables, take customer orders, to Identify and make different hot drinks served in a café and to plan for a catering event. This program is supported by the Victorian State Government.

Venue Hire
Frankston South Community and Recreation Centre has a number of rooms available for hire. The Multipurpose Indoor Stadium can be adapted to suit many sports, including volleyball, basketball and badminton. The Relaxation Room is compact and ideal for small intimate groups and is perfect for relaxation classes such as yoga, Pilates and meditation. The Energise Room can cater for dance and exercise classes and includes a red gum dance floor and mirrors; ideal for active style dance classes.
Priority is given to local community groups and not for profit organisations.
Rooms may be hired for meetings, community education, training, cultural programs and exercise and wellbeing classes. However we are unable to cater for birthday parties and family gatherings.
