Christmas is coming to life at the Kareela Road Shops in Frankston! Following the brilliant response to last year's interactive Christmas windows, Two Boys One Beagle and A Coffee Shop and Herbert's Corner Store are teaming up with Melbourne illustrator Samantha Curcio to create a brand-new festive experience for 2026. Inspired by the idea of Christmas gifts coming to life, the displays will transform both shopfronts into a colourful, character-filled Christmas story, featuring Sam's distinctive artwork, moving elements and voice-recording buttons that invite visitors to get involved. It's a little different from your usual Christmas window display. Families can wander between the two shopfronts, discover the story and enjoy a playful festive outing without spending a cent. Created by two independent local businesses with a love of creativity and community, the project aims to bring a little extra Christmas magic to Frankston and give people another reason to explore their local shopping strip. Pop by, bring the kids and see what happens when Christmas gifts come to life!
