Frankston Kitten Adoption Day 2026

Join us at the Frankston Mechanics Institute Hall, where our Friends at The Lost Dogs’ Home will have kittens on site looking for their forever homes.

As part of the 2026 Kitten Adoption Day the Lost Dogs’ Home will be reducing the adoption fee from to $270 to $100

On the day you’ll have the chance to meet lots of adorable kittens aged mostly under 3 months (all under 6 months).

Each kitten will:

Have a $100 adoption fee
Be desexed, microchipped & vaccinated
Come with 2 years free pet registration with Frankston City Council (you won’t need to pay your annual registration fee until 10 April 2028)

As part of Council’s annual First 30 Forever Furry Friends pet adoption program, the first 30 households who adopt a kitten on the day and register their new pet to a property within the Frankston municipality, will have their $100 adoption fee covered by Council.
