In recognition of International Women’s Day, Frankston youth Services are hosting a special Female Empowerment Workshop focused on helping young women navigate pressure, perfectionism, and self‑belief.

Led by Georgie from Kinetic Connections, this session offers practical tools, open discussion, and a supportive environment for young women aged 14–24 to build confidence and resilience.
