Local Support Package

Frankston City Council has launched a $1.7 million Local Support Package to help ease cost-of-living pressures and ensure vital support reaches those who need it most.

Part of the 2025–2026 ’Stronger Together’ Annual Budget, the package provides practical and targeted assistance for residents, businesses and community groups doing it tough – from emergency relief and community outreach to legal services in schools and ratepayer rewards.

The package reflects Council’s strong commitment to putting people first. By maximising funding, partnering with grassroots organisations and backing proven programs, Council is helping more people access the essentials, connect with services and build resilience.

Community resilience
