Support, Connection & Fun for Frankston’s Youth Community

If you’re aged 12 to 24 and live, work, study, or have a strong connection to Frankston's community, we’re here for you. Our team provides a safe, non-judgmental space where you can get the support you need or just find a place to belong.

What We Offer

Our experienced youth workers can provide individualised support for you:

• Life Skills & Future Planning: Help with resumes, job/study applications, and Centrelink.
• Personal Support: Referrals for housing, health, and Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) services.
• Tech Access: Free Wi-Fi, PCs, scanning, and printing at Youth Central.
• Community: Volunteering opportunities and leadership programs.
• Events: Fun, supervised programs and excursion.

Good to know: Most of our programs are completely free, though some excursions or events may have a small fee.

Youth Action Plan

Frankston City Council is creating a new Youth Action Plan 2027-2031, and we want you to be part of it.

Whether you’ve got ideas, concerns, or just want to share what life is really like either as a young person or being involved with young people in Frankston City, this is your chance to influence what happens next.

To participate in our programs, you’ll just need to fill out our Program Registration and Indemnity Form, . (If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign this for you).

If you would like to speak to a youth worker, please call 03 9768 1366 and one of our team members will help you out.  Frankston Youth Central is located in the heart of Frankston, directly next to Frankston Library.
