Everyone can enjoy the laughter and play of improvisation! This class is a super simple introduction to some joyful exercises and games, which explore basic impro principles like:

  • Accepting ideas and saying 'yes'
  • Active listening
  • Supportive play
  • Quieting the internal critic
  • AND along the way you'll improve your skills in communication, mindfulness, adaptability, collaboration and idea generation!
