Customer Service Centres including the Civic Centre and Langwarrin Service Centre will be closed on Monday 26 January for the Australia Day public holiday and will reopen Tuesday 27 January.
Mandalas are drawn by individuals as a form of self-expression and personal enjoyment. Come and enjoy a personal mandala drawing session on the theme of Father's Day. Everyone is welcome, no artistic ability is required.
