  • headspace Frankston is a voluntary, free and confidential health service for young people aged 12 - 25 in Frankston area.
  • Blokes Psychology Povide a range of psychological services & counselling to boys & men of all ages, to assist them in achieving optimal mental wellness and improve the quality of their lives.

    24/7 Mental Health Support services:

  • Lifeline Australia is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.
  • Kids Helpline is Australia's only free, private, and confidential 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25. Counselling is currently offered by phone and Webchat, but we’re constantly expanding into new ways of supporting you, such as the My Circle peer support groups.

    Organisations promoting open conversations through programs and workshops:

  • Speak & Share encourages open, honest conversations and challenges the stigma surrounding mental health. Through a proactive, preventative approach, they deliver programs in schools, workplaces, and sporting clubs, as well as host local events to connect communities and raise awareness — positively impacting mental health across all walks of life.

  • The Man Cave The Man Cave is Australia’s leading preventative mental health charity for boys and young men. Providing 100,000+ young men with impactful programs, role models and resources.
  • Tomorrow Man We empower men to re-define a healthier version of masculinity for themselves that will positively impact them and those they love the most.
  • Tomorrow Woman runs high-participatory workshops that guide young and adult women to unapologetically raise their voice beyond the limiting expectations placed on them.
