MBV Workshops: Building Better Homes for the Future

Join us as Phil Alviano, Senior Advisor, Master Builders Victoria presenter the key changes for NCC 2022. Phil will summarise the significant changes including the requirements for energy efficiency and condensation management and the introduction of whole of house assessment.

He will also cover the changes to the Victorian Planning Provisions and all planning schemes that took effect from 1st January 2024 that mean that new homes, apartments and residential subdivisions applying for a planning permit can no longer be connected to the gas network.

The presentation will be followed by a live Q&A where audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions.
