Apply for Satisfaction Matters

Occasionally, restrictions on title or provisions of the Frankston Planning Scheme will ask for the written consent of the Responsible Authority (Council) prior to undertaking a particular development or use.

Use this form to apply for written consent: 

  • under a provision of the Frankston Planning Scheme
  • under a Section 173 Agreement or restriction on title

This form can only be used when the development or use does not require a planning permit in its own right.

Step 1.Prepare your application

Your application must include:

  • A complete copy of the Certificate of Title that is no older than 3 months, including any restrictions such as a Section 173 Agreement. You can obtain a Certificate of Title from the Landata website.
  • Details of your proposal.

Step 2.Download the application form

Download and complete the Application for Satisfaction Matters(PDF, 662KB)  form.

Step 3.Submit your application

Send your completed form and supporting documents to:

Step 4.What happens next?

We may request more information if you have not provided enough detail in your proposal. This may delay the application.
