Prominent Builders is a Mornington Peninsula building company specialising in custom new homes, renovations and extensions.
We're a small, hands-on team led by two owner-directors, Joshua Lambert and Nathanael Furlong, who are across every job personally. That means you deal with the people actually running your build, not a middleman.
Most people come to us worried about the same three things: blowing the budget, being left in the dark, and dodgy trades. We've built our whole process around taking those off the table. Scope and pricing are clear from the start, variations are priced and signed off before any work happens, and you get regular updates through the build.
We take on everything from smaller works through to full custom homes.
