Automation Solutions & Robotics is a Victorian-based systems integrator specialising in FANUC robot cells for Australian manufacturers. We design, build, and commission complete solutions in-house, covering robot programming, PLC and HMI control (Siemens, Rockwell, and Omron), safety systems, and custom conveyor design.

Our work centres on machine tending, palletising, and bag or box stacking applications, mostly for family-owned and regional manufacturers who need practical, reliable automation rather than an oversized or overcomplicated system. As a single-engineer operation, we handle every project from initial concept through to final commissioning ourselves, with no handoff between design, programming, and installation, and no call centre standing between you and the person who actually built your system.

Recent projects include a robotic bag stacking cell for Limestone Coast Seeds, which had the robot onsite, powered, and commissioned within six weeks of first contact, stacking 25 to 40kg bags onto steel stillages for export markets. For Claypro Australia in regional Victoria, we installed a robotic cell to remove staff from a physically demanding, dusty bag stacking environment. For SVC Group, we engineered a vacuum gripper rated for 45kg concrete pavers and demonstrated it holding an additional 80kg on-site before sign-off.
