MEN AS ROLE MODELS - Men’s Health Week Community Dinner

Following the strong impact of last year’s event, the Frankston Business Chamber is proud to once again partner with The Business of Smiles and Hotel Lona to bring together local business leaders, community members and supporters for a meaningful night centred around the role men play within our homes, workplaces, sporting clubs and wider community.

This year’s event theme, Men as Role Models, will explore the importance of leadership through action, emotional wellbeing, communication, fatherhood, connection and community influence.

More than just a dinner, this event is designed to create a welcoming and engaging space where honest conversations can happen. Through facilitated discussions and interactive presentations, attendees will be encouraged to reflect, connect and support one another while helping strengthen ongoing support for men across the Frankston community.

As part of the evening, attendees will also have the opportunity to support the “Give a Man a Seat at the Table” initiative, a pay-it-forward option designed to help remove barriers for men within our community who may benefit from being part of these important conversations.

Community members and businesses can choose to sponsor a seat for someone who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend, helping create a more inclusive, welcoming and connected event experience.

This initiative reflects the heart of the work delivered through Smiles for Life, creating accessibility, encouraging connection and ensuring more men feel supported, seen and welcome at the table.

Additional sponsorship and direct donation support through The Business of Smiles would help more proceeds flow directly into supporting Smiles for Life Frankston and its ongoing community initiatives, while also helping create more opportunities for men to access future events, conversations and support programs locally.
