Carrum Downs Hangout

At Carrum Downs- Lyrebird Community Centre, we run our Youth Hangout on Thursday during school term between 3pm-5pm.

All Hangout sessions are FREE and offered to all young people aged 12-24 years.

In this casual, safe space, you can chat with a youth worker, play board or video games, do some art, work on school projects and meet some new mates.

The last Thursday of each month we will cook a bunch of food together.

Frankston Youth Services is always open to the feedback of young people, if you have some ideas about how we can do things better or exciting new projects you’d like to try, let us know!’

Accessibility 

Lyrebird Community Centre has both steps and a ramp to enter, and inside the building.

Doors to enter are automatic sliding doors, and inside are push/pull doors.

The space has plenty of room for mobility aids, such as wheelchairs, crutches, and canes, to be moved and turned around.

Registered service animals are welcome into the space.
