Frankston City Council’s Community Connector Program is a free service for residents offering:
- social activities
- community programs
- social groups.
Community Connector volunteers can help you find new groups or activities in your area and contact activity coordinators on your behalf. They can attend the new activity or group with you until you settle in and feel comfortable to attend on your own.
Anyone who is over the age of 55 or caring for someone over the age of 55 who is interested in finding out what activities are available in their community.
Activities and groups that a Community Connector Volunteer can link you with include:
- exercise classes
- computer classes
- friendship groups
- craft groups
- seniors clubs
- volunteering.
