Apply for a permit for other developments

Select this permit type if you are applying for other types of development such as a bus shelter or works within a road reserve.

This does not include other planning application types such as Satisfaction Matters or a Certificate of Compliance.

We prefer you submit your application online. If you do not want to apply online, you can lodge your application by email or in person.

Submitted documents must be redacted to remove personal information. If you do not supply appropriately redacted documents, Council will undertake this for a fee. See Council’s Redacting Plans and Documents Guide.

Step 1.Prepare your application

Your application must include:

  • A complete copy of the Certificate of Title that is no older than 3 months, including any restrictions such as a Section 173 Agreement. You can obtain a Certificate of Title from the Landata website.
  • A credit or debit card to pay the relevant fee. This fee is for the lodgement of your application and does not include the cost of giving notice of your application, if required. Note: we are unable to accept an Amex or Diners card online.
