Section 50/57A - Amendment to a planning permit application

You can apply to amend a planning permit application under section 50 or 57A of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (Vic) where a decision has not yet been made by the Responsible Authority.

Do not use this form to amend a planning permit under Section 72 of the Act, please see Amend a planning permit.

Submitted documents must be redacted to remove personal information. If you do not supply appropriately redacted documents, Council will undertake this for a fee. See Council’s Redacting Plans and Documents Guide.

Your application must include:

  • Details of your original application, including the application number.
  • The proposed amendment, including changes to plans or documents submitted with your original application.
  • Supporting information such as plans, drawings or reports.
