Immunisation online bookings 2026
Immunisation is a FREE service offered by Council to protect the health and wellbeing of our community.
Council offers immunisations available through the National Immunisation Program at various centres across the municipality.
Free immunisations are available for infants aged 0-5 years, secondary school children and pregnant women.

Please note: If your child has overseas immunisation history or has missed some of the routine vaccines, please email the immunisation team at immunisation@frankston.vic.gov.au before making a booking.
2026 flu vaccines will be available from Wednesday 1 April at all sessions. They are free for children aged 6 months to under 5 years.
The RSV Infant Protection Program may be available for infants under 2 years if their mother did not receive an RSV vaccine during pregnancy.
