Lyrebird Community Centre - Kingfisher Hall

A light and bright hall, making it ideal for smaller functions, meetings, seminar and events. This room has the added benefit of direct access to the Community Centre kitchen and its facilities. This hall also boasts a great outdoor courtyard area.

Costs

Community Rate Business Hours: $15 per hour, After Hours: $18.50 per hour with required $500 Bond, Commercial Rate: $32 per hour with required $500 Bond if After Hours. Fees are subject to review by Council and may change 1 July each year.
