Frankston City Council has had this fly through video developed to show major development activity in Frankston's city centre (as of November 2025). It shows a city on the rise, in terms of population, housing, infrastructure and amenities, and the majority of these private developments are mixed use with space for retail and hospitality activations.It's becoming easier to imagine Frankston's future.
