Throughout February, residents may receive a phone call asking for their participation in the annual Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey.
The survey is being facilitated by independent research company, National Field Services, and the results will be used to identify ways in which Council can improve its service delivery.
All individual responses remain confidential, however the overall survey results will be shared on Council’s website.
Please note, 400 interviews will be conducted through a process of random selection. Residents are unable to request participation.
