Lloyd Park Pavilion Redevelopment
The sporting pavilion located at Lloyd Park Recreation Reserve in Langwarrin will receive an almost $6.5 million upgraded thanks to Council and Federal Government working together.
Home to Langwarrin Football and Netball Club, Langwarrin Junior Football Club and Langwarrin Cricket Club, the new two-storey pavilion will replace the almost 50 year old building to enable these popular clubs to continue growing and offering even more sporting opportunities.

Boasting sweeping views of the main oval (oval 1) and across to ovals 2 and 3, the upgrade at Lloyd Park will include new car parking, extended pavement for pedestrians and the demolition and rebuild of a new pavilion. The new pavilion will feature:

Funding status
The almost $6.5 million upgrade is fully funded thanks to a $3 million contribution from the Federal Government and $3,488,626 million from Council.
Timeframe
Preliminary concept designs have been completed following extensive consultation with all key stakeholders, with works to commence in 2021 for expected completion in mid-2023.
