Subdivision Certification Process

There are 5 steps

Step 1

If subdividing prior to completion of development, a Section 173 Agreement is entered into.

Step 2

Plan of Subdivision is certified and allocation of street numbers is issued.

Step 3

Once all requirements of the Planning Permit have been met and all inspections completed, a Statement of Compliance will be issued.

Step 4

Certified Plans and Statement of Compliance are lodged at Land Registry and individual Titles are issued.

Step 5

Council now offers In-house section 173 agreements has a applicable fee for subdivisions of pre approved developments.
