Talbot Hall

Centrally located in Seaford only a minute's walk to the Seaford Railway Station, and strip shops, Talbot Hall has a great community feel.

Talbot Hall is adjacent to Broughton Reserve – a flat open grassy space which is home to the Seaford Farmers Market on the 3rd Sunday of every month and also boasts views of Kananook Creek on its eastern boundary. Seaford Community Centre is right next door as well as abundant outdoor seating, picnic tables and a public BBQ (please note the BBQ facilities cannot be booked) all within the shared immediate outdoor area.

This hall is suitable for small functions, meetings, dance groups (excluding tap-dancing) and martial arts groups.
Please note that no parties are permitted in this venue. Talbot Hall is available for bookings between 8am – 12 midnight.

Costs

We charge depending on the hours of hire, and the rate being commercial or community. All hires require a refundable bond amount of $500-1000, depending on the type of hire. For a quote contact halls@frankston.vic.gov.au
