If you're a separated or separating family in Frankston or the Mornington Peninsula, this session will guide you through the family law
system. Learn about entry points, available services, and how to access support to best care for your children. Parents, caregivers,
grandparents, and anyone responsible for children under 18 needing family arrangement assistance are welcome.
This forum will:
- Provide information and resources to families about how to navigate separation.
- Explain how to engage with the local Family Relationship Centre.
- Explain what Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) can assist with.
The Street Law Coffee Van will also be visiting providing delicious, FREE Barista made coffee and FREE legal advice.
In partnership with Family Life, Orwil Street Community House, Peninsula Community Legal Service and Victoria Legal Aid.
