Jubilee Park Kevin Collopy Pavilion Refurbishment

Council is upgrading the pavilion to provide more accessible and female-friendly facilities to boost sporting opportunities for young girls and women in Frankston City.

As part of the Council's preventative maintenance efforts, 12 road repair and re-sheeting works will be carried out in the city to extend road lifespan. These works aim to address roads before they experience significant wear.

Road renewal program 2024/25

Council will be conducting 22 road repair and resheeting projects across the city to extend the life of these roads as part of the Road Renewal Program for FY 2024/25.
These works are part of Council’s preventative maintenance program, which aims to repair and resurface roads prior to significant deterioration.

Street Lighting Bulk Changeover Project - LED Street Light Upgrades

As a part of the Street Lighting Bulk Changeover Project, Frankston City Council will be replacing around 1,317 non-energy efficient lights (mix of High Pressure Sodium (HPS), Mercury Vapour (MV) & T5 lights) on residential streets across the municipality with LEDs
