Special Meeting

A Special Council Meeting of Frankston City Council will be held at 6pm on Monday 6 March 2017 in a Closed Council to consider and resolve upon the following:

  • Frankston Basketball Stadium Expansion - Contract Agreement

Pursuant to the provision of Section 84(1) and 89(4)(a) of the Local Government Act 1989.

Less than 7 days notice is given as the matters to be considered are urgent contractual issues. 

The meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to Section 89(2)(d) of the Local Government Act 1989 as it relates to contractual matters.
