Request for Quote - Visit Frankston Mobile Application (App)

Council has identified the need to enhance our local tourism experience and are seeking to develop an App that supports attraction and dispersal by immersing audiences in the City’s events, nature and coastal experiences, arts, culture and dining scenes in a convenient, accessible and playful way.

To deliver this project Council is seeking an experienced developer to provide quotes for the creation and development of an App for the City.

Submissions should address the project Scope, Context and Specifications provided and demonstrate ability to design and develop customised software to meet the identified project objectives.

Project timeframes:

Request for Quote release date – 4pm, Thursday 4 April 2019
Close of Request for Quotation - 4pm, Tuesday 23 April 2019
Anticipated Award of contract – Monday 6 May 2019
Anticipated date for completion of works or services – Friday 28 June 2019

Faxed, hard printed copies will not be considered. Only emailed quotes sent to will be accepted.

No budget has been disclosed for this project.

Frankston City Council use general conditions of contract for the supply of goods and services. The RFT, EOI and RFQ will either include a copy of the terms and conditions or clearly state the Standard General Conditions of Contract.
