Request for Quote – Outdoor Digital Visitor Information Hubs
Council is expanding its current visitor information and services to include digital visitor information hubs throughout the municipality.
To deliver this new service, Council is seeking quotes for a single supplier to provide the physical infrastructure and custom software required to deliver a minimum of one (1) digital visitor information hub within the municipality.
Submissions should address the project Scope, Context and Specifications and demonstrate ability to provide the physical infrastructure and design and develop customised software to deliver Digital Visitor Information meeting the identified project objectives.
Request for Quote release date – 4pm, Thursday 4 April 2019
Close of Request for Quotation - 4pm, Tuesday 23 April 2019
Anticipated Award of contract – Monday 6 May 2019
Anticipated date for completion of works or services – Friday 28 June 2019

Faxed, hard printed copies will not be considered. Only emailed quotes sent to email@example.com will be accepted.
No budget has been disclosed for this project.
Frankston City Council use general conditions of contract for the supply of goods and services. The RFT, EOI and RFQ will either include a copy of the terms and conditions or clearly state the Standard General Conditions of Contract.
All documents must be submitted in PDF or Microsoft Office Format (Word) only. References to a Dropbox, Cloud or any other third party links will not be accepted.
