Frankston City Council, in partnership with the St Kilda Football Club, invites Expressions of Interest from organisations who would like to be a partner tenant at the multi-million dollar Frankston Health and Wellbeing Hub in the Belvedere Precinct, Seaford.

All submissions must use the prescribed form and be lodged via email to leisureservices1@frankston.vic.gov.au on or before 5pm on Friday 29 November 2019. 

Faxed, hard printed copies will not be considered.
