Council is seeking to establish standing offer arrangements with one or more suppliers for each of the following service categories:
Category 1 Portable Toilets
Category 2 Security
Category 3 Cleaning and Waste
Category 4 First Aid
Category 5 Risk Management
Category 6 Infrastructure/Equipment/Furniture
Category 7 Rigging of Christmas Tree Lights
Category 8 Generators and Temporary Power
Category 9 Lighting Towers
Category 10 Temporary Fencing
Category 11 Road Barriers
Category 12 Audio and Lighting
Category 13 Portable Staging
Category 14 Vision and Outdoor Screens
Category 15 Event Traffic Management
Category 16 Pyrotechnics, Laser, Light or Drone Displays
Tender submissions close at 3pm on Thursday 13 August 2020.

Frankston City Council use general conditions of contract for the supply of goods and services. The RFT, EOI and RFQ will either include a copy of the terms and conditions or clearly state the Standard General Conditions of Contract.
