Expressions of Interest - Commercial Activities in Public Open Space

Friday 10 May 2019

Frankston City Council welcomes more than 800,000 visitors to our foreshore, parks and events every year. Commercial Operators have the opportunity to capitalise on these visitors, by setting up commercial operations in specific sites determined by Frankston City Council.

Frankston City Council invites applications from suitably qualified individuals or organisations who wish to conduct regular commercial activities in Frankston City Council’s Foreshore Reserve, Olivers Hill, Ballam Park, Beauty Park, Station Street Mall, White Street, Mall and Clyde Street Mall for a twelve month licence in 2019-2020.

Successful applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the leasable site and for Council to process final documentation.

Expressions of Interest close at 5pm, Wednesday 5 June 2019.
