Community Grants will be up for grabs in Frankston City in July, but first, arm yourself with the best chance of securing your community groups’ grant at the information session.
Frankston City Mayor, Michael O’Reilly urged representatives from community groups within the municipality to attend the session.
“Frankton City is proud to support the Community Grants Program in recognition of the significant contribution by the community to programs, projects and events in the City,” said the Mayor.
“Attending the Community Grants Program information session arms you with the best possible information ahead of submitting your grant application.
“You’ll understand which grants your organisation is eligible for and what Council officers are looking for in assessing applications.”
Funding is available for local clubs and not-for-profit community groups for start-up programs, operational costs, minor equipment and events.
The information session is a great opportunity to hear about the application process. This short evening session includes question and answer time and a chance to mingle with other groups who may be present.
