Public Consultation - Updated Compliance and Enforcement Policy 2018-2022
Frankston City Council has reviewed and updated the Compliance and Enforcement Policy (Policy), first adopted by Council in May 2012, to reflect current legislation and related procedures to ensure the highest priority is placed on the safety and well-being of the Frankston community.
This policy provides the framework for consistent monitoring and management of unlawful activity through education, compliance and enforcement.
The intent of this policy is to provide clarity on the roles and responsibilities of Council, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Management Team and Community Safety Department Officers.
The policy is available for public consultation for a period of 5 weeks.
