Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Policy

Council proposes to adopt a Sexual Harassment Policy. The Policy gives Councils commitment to creating an environment that is free from sexual harassment and provides guidance on what constitutes sexual harassment and how complaints of sexual harassment will be addressed.

Copies of the proposed Policy is available from the Civic Centre during office hours by appointment only or on Council’s website www.frankston.vic.gov.au. To facilitate compliance with COVID-19 social distancing requirements, any person who wishes to obtain a hard copy is encouraged to request that it be posted to them. Requests can be made through Council’s Live Chat service, via the homepage of Council’s website, or by phoning 1300 322 322.

Any person may make a written submission to the Policy. All submissions received on or before Wednesday 10 March 2020 will be considered and included as part of the Council Report that will be presented to Council at its meeting on 19 April 2021
