Frankston City Council Communications and Advocacy Survey
Council is committed to improving the way we communicate with our residents and many stakeholders.
To help us to provide you with information, news and updates when and how you want them, please take a moment to complete the Communications and Advocacy Survey
The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and results will be used to improve our current communication methods and guide the introduction of new practices, technology and initiatives. The survey also includes some questions related to advocacy, which will help our new Council with high-level insight into what issues/areas matter most to our residents, businesses and other stakeholder groups.
Please note: More in-depth opportunities to provide input into Council's advocacy priorities will be available in the future.

'Council communications': refers to the distribution of messages and information (both in print and online formats) that informs our community and stakeholders.
'Advocacy': Also known as lobbying, refers to the work that Council will undertake on behalf of its community to encourage State and Federal governments and private sector companies to fund or contribute to projects and initiatives that will benefit the Frankston City community.
