Excelsior Drive Shopping Strip Improvement Works
Council has prepared a landscape improvement plan for the Excelsior Drive Shopping strip. The concept plan focuses on introducing landscape elements including new tree outstands, planting and rain gardens in the carpark.
It is also proposed to upgrade the existing pavement and street furniture including seats, pole mounted lights and bicycle racks. Enhanced pedestrian connectivity will be provided by relocating the existing crossing through the carpark to align with the existing crossing located on Excelsior Drive.
